AS procedure and guidance
  1. A/S through courier must be sent to the following courier service center for processing.
  2. Service may be delayed in mountainous areas such as Jeju Island and public holidays.
  3. Please keep the warranty card or purchase receipt, statement, shipping slip, etc.
Please read before applying for AS.
  1. When the A/S is completed, the product will be sent to the address you provided. Be sure to check your address and mobile phone number for accurate delivery. (We are not responsible for incorrect delivery due to incorrect address and mobile phone number.)
  2. You can apply for A/S through our customer center (070-5226-1114).
  3. If the product is sent by courier according to the A/S application process, it may take up to 7 days for repair and shipment after receiving the product. (The schedule may change depending on the availability of A/S parts.)
A/S within warranty period
  1. A/S caused by defects in the product within one year from the date of purchase will be processed free of charge.
  2. Even if A/S is received within the warranty period, paid A/S will be processed for damage or breakdown due to customer negligence.
